Apprenticeship Details

As an Apprentice Chef with Lowfield Inn, you will gain the core skills required to become a chef and work towards your Level 2 Professional Cookery qualification. There is one position available (possibly two) if a further suitable candidate is found.

No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.The employer is looking for a candidate/s with great future potential. 

As an apprentice chef, the main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing food and serving
  • Cleaning and washing up (the whole team does this)
  • Contributing towards menus 
  • Stock control and ordering
  • Making tea
