This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy local primary school as an Apprentice Office Administrator. You will also be working towards your Level 2 Certificate in Business and Administration.
During this apprenticeship you will assist the School Office Team to provide administrative support.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Reception work such as meeting and greeting, answering the telephone, responding to queries
- Typing letters, reports, newsletters etc.
- ICT work i.e. Excel, emails and websites
- Other general administrative work
