Course Aims/Objectives:
The course is a progression up from the Entry 3 Award and is aimed at learners who are looking to pursue a career path within a customer service environment.
Units covered:
- Unit 101 - The importance of appearance and behaviour in customer service.
- Unit 102 - Apply legislation, regulation, and organisational procedures for
Customer Service - Unit 103 – Know the services and products of a section or department.
Course Duration: The course is delivered at one of our training centres or remotely via Microsoft
Teams. The course is run over 4 days over a two-week period.
