Course Aim/Objective:
The aim of the course is to give the learner an understanding of working within a customer service environment.

Units covered:

  • Unit 001 – The importance of appearance and behaviour in customer service.
  • Unit 002 - Legislation, regulation, and organisational procedures in customer
    service
  • Unit 010 - Working in a customer focused way.

Course Duration: The course is delivered either at one of our training centres or remotely via Microsoft Teams. The course is run over 4 consecutive days a week or over two days a week over a two week period if delivered remotely.
