About the course
A Hatha inspired Yoga class for flexibility and relaxation. This class is aimed at those wanting to improve their posture, balance and general sense of well-being.
By the end of the course you can expect to be able to do the following;
- To increase flexibility
- To improve posture and balance
- To improve respiration, energy and vitality
- To increase sense of calmness and well-being
You will need to:
Please wear comfortable clothes, wear suitable shoes thorughout session and you may wish to bring a bottle of water as the coffee shop is currently closed.
Covid 19 Secure regulations please bring your own yoga mat, blocks and straps.
Jo Geoghegan has been teaching yoga since early 2015. She loves to see her clients building in confidence and gaining strength, flexibility and balance.
