About the course

A Hatha inspired Yoga class for flexibility and relaxation. This class is aimed at those wanting to improve their posture, balance and general sense of well-being.


All levels.

By the end of the course you can expect to be able to do the following;

  • To increase flexibility
  • To improve posture and balance
  • To improve respiration, energy and vitality
  • To increase sense of calmness and well-being

You will need to:

Please wear comfortable clothes, wear suitable shoes throughout the session. You may wish to bring your own yoga mat, blocks, straps and a bottle of water.

 Your Tutor

Jo Geoghegan has been teaching yoga since early 2015. She loves to see her clients building in confidence and gaining strength, flexibility and balance.
